This is an expressive photo series depicting that different and varied should be the norm, regardless of body type, size, height, weight, skin colours race,class  or gender. The photos have been captured in such a way to capture the raw essence and beauty of women. they have not been retouched. 

While there have been differences all along, there have been very few products, garments etc that cater to a wide market. Especially in India, where the diversity is so vast, most makeup and beauty products are whitewashed to suit European beauty standards, I think it’s time for a change.

While these pictures aren’t fully representative of the diversity of skin tones and body types in India, we realised how even within a group of 8 people how different we all looked from each other. And how there isn’t really anything much catering to darker skin tones or certain body types that don’t belong neither here nor there.
